Materials and manufacturing

What material are the garments made of?

We work exclusively with 100% linen — chosen for its weight, texture, and ability to age gracefully. A fabric that breathes, softens with time, and lasts.

How long does each piece take to make?

On average, 48 hours of artisanal work per garment. Each piece is hand-sewn and inspected by our seamstresses on the Colombian Atlantic Coast.

Do you do custom design?

For now, we work from our available sizes and small editions. Each product page includes measurements for you to choose carefully.

Sizes and fit

How do I know what my size is?

Each product page includes a size guide with exact measurements in centimeters. If you have any questions, write to us with your measurements and we will advise you.

Are the garments fitted or loose?

Our designs feature relaxed, flowing cuts, intended to move with the body without constricting it. Please refer to the actual measurements of each garment on its product page.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over Colombia in 3 to 5 business days, and internationally. International times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders: 3 to 5 business days. International orders: 7 to 15 business days depending on the country. All orders include a tracking number.

Exchanges and returns

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

Yes. We accept exchanges and returns within the first 15 days of receiving your order, provided the garment is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please refer to our full return policy for more details.

Garment care

How do I wash my linen clothes?

We recommend hand-washing or machine-washing on a delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid the dryer — linen dries best when air-dried. Iron while damp at a medium temperature if needed.

Does linen wrinkle a lot?

Linen wrinkles naturally—and at Antoniette, we consider it part of its character. Gentle wrinkles are a sign that the fabric is authentic and alive. If you prefer fewer wrinkles, iron when damp just before use.
